2nd Gotcha Day Anniversary


It's hard to believe that it's already been 2 years since our Sasha became Alexandra Grace Morningstar. Time has flown; it has been such a joy, privilege, and growing experience to witness and participate in Sasha's transformation over the past two years.

And for you, our beautiful, resilient, astounding girl, we continue to pray...
that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

I was just thinking about you and "sestra" today :) This is going to sound totally random, but here's why: we were playing Lego Star Wars (Original Trilogy) 2 years ago and I was flying the Millenium Falcon on the last level through the Death Star when Melanie shouted from the back room (where our computer resides) "Hey, we know her name now! It's Sasha!"

I was flying through that same level about an hour ago and it always reminds of that particular moment in time for some reason. Possibly because you're all Lego Star Wars fans too, if memory serves :)

Two year? Now way!!! Congratulations to you all.

I look forward to hearing how Sasha corrupts, I mean teaches, her WanYing how to be a Morningstar! The adventure never ends.
